When your flow is light or moderate, our swimwear can be worn alone without any additional period protection. On super heavy days, we recommend wearing menstrual cup with your swimwear.
The bottoms contain a triple-layer gusset that absorbs your flow and locks in leaks when you're in or out of the water. When it goes in the wash with detergent, the blood releases through the top layer, leaving your swimwear fresh and clean for next time.

WASHING INSTRUCTION:
Just rinse, machine wash cold (in a delicates bag is even better), and hang dry. Do not use fabric softener. Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.

This swimwear can be used without disposable tampons, which not only saves you money but also saves the environment.
